**If your student has tested positive for COVID at any time, extra clearance will be needed in order to participate. Please reach out to the athletic department for paperwork.

Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the Health Office before the student will be authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. Physicals are valid for 12 months from the date of the last exam. Physicals must be scheduled through the school.
